The game The seven continents

Instructions for The seven continents

In this geography game, students are challenged to identify and locate one of Earth's seven continents by using clues based on descriptions and the continent's shape. Each continent is a large division of land, such as Africa, Asia, or Europe, and students must analyze key details provided in the game to determine which one is being described. For example, they might be given a description like "the second-largest continent with vast deserts and diverse wildlife" and then use their knowledge to identify Africa. The game promotes geographical awareness while encouraging critical thinking about Earth's landmasses.

1. Know the Continents (Name and Locate)

Image markupsImage markups - The level consists of 7 image markup questions and all are practiced every game round. Each image question should be answered by selecting the correct marker in the image. Only one of the markers is correct. It is for you to find the right dot in the image. The student has 2 attempt each question. If the student answers a task incorrectly, the game round can be continued, but the round is marked as not completed. Questions have speech synthesis in English. There is no time limit. When the student has found all the correct picture markings, the game round is completed. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button named Cancel - then all the correct dots in the image will be displayed - and then try to complete the level again.

2. Know the Continents (Link name and description)

Link upLink up - The level consists of 7 questions (6 of which have pictures) and all are practiced every game round. The player's task is to link the 7 questions in the colored boxes with the most appropriate answers in the white boxes. Each colored box can only be linked to one white box and vice versa. The student receives feedback on the links before submission and has 3 attempts to get all the links right. Questions have speech synthesis in English. Answers have speech synthesis in English. There is no time limit. When the student has linked all the boxes correctly, the game round is completed. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button named Cancel - then the correct links are displayed - and then try to complete the level again.

If it is too difficult, the player can click the button named Cancel - then the correct answers will be displayed - and then try to complete the level again.
